The Common service centers (CSC) scheme is a part of National e-Governance (NeGP) of the National Common minimum programme for providing e -governance country wide by bringing government services of citizens.          

          
Status Monitoring And Reporting Tool (SMART) provides complete status of progress of CSC rollout of all 100000 CSCs in 35 States and Union Territories. The tool is an internet based integrated GIS/MIS Tool.
